When navigating challenging experiences such as abuse, addiction, or other trauma, it is valuable to find a system that works for you in your process of healing. The Simple Recovery Model is what we have found to be the most helpful for us in our own journey.

We have also found it imperative to have a support structure in place to sustain that system.
